2025 High Holy Days Seating Request & Livestream Registration Form

Registration for High Holy Day services is required. Please use this form to let us know which services you and your family members would like to join for the High Holy Days either in person or via livestream.

If you are attending via livestream only, just make the appropriate selection below and submit the form.

To register for the Rosh Hashanah Day 2 experience, please use this form.

Parents and/or spouses/partners of your children must be registered below @ $250 per person. Your children are included. Badges are only needed for children ages 12+ attending in person.

Name badges and passes will be mailed the week of September 8.

Name Badges are required to attend in-person services for members of your household, spouses or partners of children, parents of congregants, and children above 12 years old).
