Memory Book
To add the names of loved ones who have passed away, please complete the form at the bottom of this page and return to the synagogue office by September 18 so that we may publish their names in the Memory Book. All names that appeared in last year’s Memory Book will be included again this year.
If you are not sure of which of your loved ones will be included in the memory book this year, please contact Jon Rekedal, Clergy Assistant at or 914-967-6262 and he can send you the list.
To receive the memory book digitally in pdf format instead of in print, please contact Jon Rekedal. Should you wish to purchase a memorial plaque for a loved one, please contact Jon Rekedal.
as a donation to Community Synagogue in memory of my/our beloved departed whose names will be recorded for blessing in the memory book to be distributed at the Yizkor-Memorial Service on Yom Kippur Day.
