CSR Teens Non-Members: $100 will be billed upon submission of this form. The balance of $675 fee is due by December 31, 2024.

Refunds for the balance are only available on request prior to December 31, 2024.

Cost should not keep anyone from participating - CSR will provide financial aid for anyone who needs. Please reach out to Maya Parness, Director of Youth Engagement privately if this is something you would like to discuss further.
