The undersigned member of the Community Synagogue of Rye hereby constitutes and appoints Michele Fredman, Recording Secretary, as proxy with full power to act alone and to appoint his or her substitute, and hereby authorizes her to represent and vote, as designated below at the CSR Annual meeting of the Congregation to be held on June 13, 2024 virtually or any adjournment thereof, upon the matters referred to below, and upon any and all other matters which properly may be brought before the meeting.
